HERITAGE CROSSING The Heritage Crossing neighborhood is located just inside the security gate off County Road 532 (Osceola Polk Line Rd.) These beautiful, new condominiums and townhouses each have three bedrooms; however they have “lock-off capabilities”. This feature allows us to sell the villas as either one-bedroom, one-bath villas, two-bedroom, two-bath villas, or as three-bedroom villas. The Heritage Crossing villas offer easy and convenient access to our meeting facilities at the Heritage Center. There are two community swimming pools, one with its own Jacuzzi and another with a children's pool, conveniently located within walking distance of each villa.

The three-bedroom two and a half bath town homes at Carriage Pointe have views of the seventeenth hole of Tom Watson’s Independence course or overlook a conservation area where we will soon have walking and biking trails. There is a beautiful neighborhood pool located within walking distance to the villas.

The three bedroom villas at Carriage Pointe, our most affordable accommodations, have a King bed in the master bedroom along with screened balcony, large TV and private bath. The second bedroom, typically has a queen-size bed, TV and shares a bath with the third bedroom furnished with two twin beds and additional TV. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The lower level has a living room area with large TV, high-speed internet acccess, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath and one additional room which may be set up as a den, a study, or fourth guest room. A sliding glass door leads to an outdoor patio. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, range, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all flatware, silverware and glassware for eight people.

CENTRE COURT RIDGE Deep in the heart of Reunion, the beautiful new villas of Centre Court Ridge offer three- bedroom accommodations complete with “lock-off” capabilities. This feature enables Reunion to offer the villas as either one-bedroom, one bath villas, two-bedroom, two bath villas or three-bedroom, three bath villas.
